The long-term ambition is to reach one million people. There is no deadline attached. Every published figure will show its reporting period and the date it was last updated.

Definitions
What our numbers mean
- Reached
- A person who has attended at least one recorded, facilitated session. Each person counts once.
- Attendance
- Every session a person attends. Repeat visits add attendance, never new people.
- Completed
- A participant who meets the attendance threshold set for their program.
- Founder-led
- Sessions run by Mukund, reported separately from sessions run by trained coaches and partners.
- Estimates
- Older, anonymous estimates are labelled separately and never added to verified totals.
